The refund request is processed once we have received your products at our warehouse and have verified their condition. The processing time is on average 14 days.
The refund period depends on the payment method used. In fact, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for your purchase. For PayPal it takes between 1-2 working days and 5-10 days if the payment was made with a credit card. Note that these are the processing times of the payment processors and that we cannot change.
